The Tomorrow Project

Everybody deserves to look forward to tomorrow. Be the reason someone can.
Our Mission
The Tomorrow Project was founded on the problem of stigma around mental health in our society. Mental health troubles often make people feel alone; like the people around them are doing great. This often isn’t the case. We believe in talking openly about mental health. The National Alliance on Mental Illness found that 1 in 5 adults in America struggle with mental illness. The reality is that far too many people struggle with mental illness and yet somehow we still believe we are alone in our mental health battles. The Tomorrow Project starts conversations about mental health to get to the beginning of many mental health issues: we don’t talk about it enough.
How We Got Started

As a high school student who struggled with mental health throughout my life starting at the age of 10, I wanted everyone to be able to get better. I want everyone to have access to the resources that saved my life. Wether those resources were something that you can find on our resources page or just someone to talk to about how you’ve been feeling. Many people don’t have access to therapy and mental illness diagnoses. Something that everyone could have is someone to talk to and with The Tomorrow Project you could be that person. A simple sticker or a hoodie could start a conversation that may save a life.
